Flexibility Training

1. Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch: Thin Tummy, Tuck Butt Under (shine headlights down to ground).

Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch Part 2: Move hips forward.

2. Lat Stretch: Use Strap - Pull back, tilt hips away from stretched arm.

Glute Stretch: Place foot on wall, cross one leg over other leg.  Pull knee to chest.
